Many years I have spent in India, first finding our teacher, and then finding out what true yoga is. My name is Ksenia Nikitina. I have a title of Mahacarya in traditional yoga, and I teach the same method as was 1000, 2000 years ago. It has all 8 stages mentioned by Patanjali in Patanjali Yoga Sutras, so going beyond asanas through right way of acting, breathing techniques of pranayama and finally discovering the secrets of how the mind our students and yoga teachers literally discover their new life, the freedom to breathe and live in the present moment.
