I am blessed to have yogic practices and Indian culture inherent by born from my parents. As an youngster I have won many awards in school, state and national yoga championships. It created a spark in me to share my skills and knowledge to my and next generation. So I decided to be a yoga teacher. Out of my achievements, few of them are listed below- 1. Team leader of Jharkhand state yoga team to National school yoga championship. 2. Attended International yoga workshop 3. Jury member in 1st international yoga championship- Hongkong 4. Organizing member and jury for 3rd International Yoga championship- Taipei ( Taiwan) 5. Attended workshop on yoga therapy, Vinyasa, Meditation, Yin Yoga, Ancient Hatha yoga, Core yoga and Weight loss by international Masters. 6. Achieved 200 hours certification license from World yoga Alliance from Thailand. Style of yoga - Hatha yoga, Yoga therapy, vinyasa yoga , Pranayama and meditation. Yoga- Nidra, yoga for Women, weight- loss yoga, Core Yoga, pregnancy yoga, sports yoga( for kids ), yoga balance, spiritual yoga, Shiva and Shakti yoga ( for partners )
