My work focuses on deep-tissue release for yoga teachers: placing the body into a yoga posture so the target muscle is drawn taut, then releasing it. It was developed for teachers who carry their own aches from teaching 15-20 classes a week. I teach online and in person in Hai Phong and Ho Chi Minh City.
