Namaste, Our school is founded on Ahimsa and we have been a family business for over 25+ years. We offer 200 and 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, and we also offer 50 Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training and 50 Hour Children's Yoga Teacher Training. Our courses are residential (or can be offsite staying) with full board. Our meals are freshly made every day and we are strictly Vegan. We do not allow any animal derived products onsite during training and we ask that any alcohol is consumed in moderation and offsite.
