Im an occupationnal therapist who fell in love with aerial yoga a couple of years ago. I completed my first TT in 2020 and never stopped since! Striving to deepen my practice and my knowledge as often as i can. I am also passionate about sharing my love for aerial yoga (besides my main occupation as an OT), in form of various collaborations with different yoga or pilates studios in switzerland, where I live. Since I work with disabled people every day, I have at heart to make Aerial Yoga as accessible as possible and to enable all kind of bodies and souls to feel the benefits of being held, supported, and sometimes also a little challenged (in a good way) by the silky hammock.
