About this teacher
An experienced and passionate yoga practitioner for over ten years, in training in the Ashtanga approach. She extended her knowledge to become a Yoga and Pilates mat work instructor in June 2020. Jennifer is focusing on introducing yoga to beginners and committed to providing extensive instruction and coaching to her apprentices while motivating them to find their true inner peace and healthier self. She is adept at creating robust teaching plans that aim and support every apprentice.
