About this teacher

Who I Am

My name is Nicolas Müller, spiritually known as Pema Yeshe Konchok Norbu. I accompany people not as a teacher above them, but as a human being beside them. I work with meditation, Kum Nye (Tibetan bodywork), sound healing, mindfulness, and gentle yoga-based awareness practices. My approach is not based on methods, but on presence and relationship – opening spaces for awareness, silence, and authentic human connection.

How My Path Began

My path into inner practice did not begin in temples, but in everyday life. Between work, responsibility and the quiet question why so many people function but do not truly live, I began to turn inward. It was not a sudden spiritual awakening, but a growing sincerity – a longing for stillness, authenticity, and a life that feels real.

Nepal – an Inner Calling

An inner calling led me to Nepal. I spent several weeks in a Buddhist monastery in the Kathmandu Valley, immersed in daily practice, meditation, presence, and simplicity. It was not an escape from life – it was a return to life. In Kathmandu, I also completed my training as a Singing Bowl & Sound Healing Therapist. There I realized: sound does not heal because it is beautiful; it heals because it reminds us of our original harmony.

Study and Lived Experience

I studied Buddhism for three years, focusing on meditation (Shamatha and Vipassana), mindfulness, mind training, compassion, and inner awareness. It was not an academic journey, but an experience of transformation. I learned that healing is not created through technique – it arises when presence, sincerity, and inner space meet.

My Perspective and Practice

For me, yoga is not a shape, but a relationship – with the body, the breath, and consciousness itself. Sound healing is not relaxation, but remembrance. Kum Nye is not technique, but an invitation to listen – to what lies between movement, breath, and silent awareness. Meditation is not the absence of noise, but the rediscovery of inner stillness as our natural state.

How I Accompany Others

I accompany people locally, mobile, and online – donation-based, mindful, authentic, and accessible to everyone. I offer meditation experiences, sound work, Kum Nye, and gentle mindful body practices. My work is not about teaching something new – but about allowing what is already present to unfold.

What May Happen in My Work

Sometimes there is silence. Sometimes a deep breath. Sometimes a gentle shift. And sometimes simply a quiet recognition: I am not broken – I was only distant from myself. And often, this is where healing begins.

✨ Silence is not the absence of sound.
Silence is the place we return to.
