About this teacher
I attended the CYT Yin Yoga Teacher Training course, recognized by the WYA and participated in numerous Yoga courses organized by the Association "I sentieri del corpo" - Strada Comunale La Fratta - Gradoli (VITERBO). I love Yoga, the outdoors and, above all, the search for a personal balance to transmit to my students.
