I am happily married and the mother of a wonderful boy and a lovely girl. Together we explore the world- always with our surf gear by our side. For more than 18 years, I have been passionately working in the health and movement industry and have completed extensive training in yoga, Pilates, Ayurveda, nutrition, and health promotion.
