Nelly Torres Pacheco

I am a Registered Nurse and Diabetes Educator that started to study Yoga in 2016 in Escuela de Artes Místicas located in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Since 2020 I am a RYT500 with Yoga Alliance, and in 2022 I finished my studies of Terapeutic Yoga in Escuela Española de Yoga Terapeutico y Ayurveda. I like to combine my experience as a nurse with the yoga knowledge that I have acquired to help my students to feel better, and to design my classes according to each student needs.
