Pamela Teddy

Six years ago, I discovered the world of yoga, and since then, I've immersed myself in the practice of Sivananda and Aerial Yoga. I embarked on my teaching journey in 2019, completing my first Aerial Yoga Teacher training, followed by a second one in 2024. I teach kids and adults Aerial Yoga and Yin Aerial Yoga, backed by a Yin Yoga Teacher Training in 2023. Don't hesitate to reach out! Namaste ✨🙏
