Lena

I'm an African lady on a journey of spreading love. I love working with people. A mother to two beautiful humans, a girl named Keratile ( which means "for I have loved") and a boy named Thato ( which means His will). I love practicing yoga at home and taking small classes of 1 to 4 people at a time. I'd love to teach yoga around the country i.e. South Africa in its natural environment.

The ancient art of Yoga, its traditions, psychologies, spiritual disciplines and philosophies. I also incorporate Yin yoga and yoga Nidra.
