Believe in the power of yoga to help people lead healthy, joyful, fit and more balanced life. Yoga is beyond what I do for a living, it is a way of life. - My key strengths are Hatha yog, power yoga, sivananada yoga,vinyasa ,aerial yoga , anti ageing and detox yoga,core strengthening ( yogalets) , weight loss yoga, therapy yoga , dance yoga and chair yoga.
